Bill serves as chairman of the advisory board of Richmond Baking, a fourth-generation family-owned company with plants in Indiana, Georgia, and Kentucky. He has spent the past 55 years working with family businesses, including as executive vice president and president of Central Broadcasting Corporation with 12 stations in Texas, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. In 1989, Bill sold the broadcasting company to become president of Discovery Learning International, a seminar and consulting company. He also served as president of Leadership 2000, a family-owned international consulting firm specializing in strategic planning. He is working with Dave’s Killer Bread Foundation in Oregon. The foundation was created to power second chance employment opportunities for people with criminal backgrounds, thus reducing the negative impact of recidivism in America. Bill is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
