Ms. Cacho serves as an independent board member Sunrise Banks, a community bank with industry leading impact through Consumer Retail, Commercial Lending & Leasing a growing Fintech/Payments division (Committees: Finance & Audit; Compliance & BSA). She was most recently an independent director with a Fortune 200 company, Land O’Lakes, Inc. (Committees: Audit; Governance). Joyce’s Independent Board Director/Non-Executive Director work is grounded in experience as a Global Chief Sustainability Officer for a chemical company where she worked across business divisions and increased accountability in supply-chains, R&D and community engagement; National service on the USDA/USTR Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee; Board Trustee service as the Chair, Nominating & Governance Committee of Winrock International; and, in years of launching and leading Strategic Research in Corporate and Investment Banking.
